Historic homes deserve better than a fast repaint

Our protocol meters moisture before coating (below 15%, recorded), spot-primes every bare patch and fastener, and finishes with two full coats of a Sherwin-Williams Emerald or Duration system inside its humidity window — which matters in a city that catches roughly 65 inches of rain a year.

Straight answers, fixed prices, written warranty
Every proposal names its products, lists its prep steps, states its exclusions, and fixes its price. A company principal signs off at prep-complete before finish coats go on — you receive the photo record. Exterior workmanship carries a 36-month written warranty; interiors 24 months.
- Is my pre-1978 house a problem?
- Not a problem — a requirement. It must be painted under EPA RRP lead-safe practices, which we're certified for. Budget slightly more time for containment and cleanup; the finish is worth it.
- Do you paint stucco?
- Yes — sound stucco gets a masonry or elastomeric system depending on condition. Cracked or delaminating stucco needs remediation first, which we'll identify honestly and refer out rather than paint over.
- How fast can you start?
- We schedule after a walkthrough and a signed proposal with deposit — typically within two to four weeks, weather depending. We'd rather tell you a real date than a fast one.
