Is my pre-1978 house a problem?
Not a problem — a requirement. It must be painted under EPA RRP lead-safe practices, which we're certified for. Budget slightly more time for containment and cleanup; the finish is worth it.
Do you paint stucco?
Yes — sound stucco gets a masonry or elastomeric system depending on condition. Cracked or delaminating stucco needs remediation first, which we'll identify honestly and refer out rather than paint over.
How fast can you start?
We schedule after a walkthrough and a signed proposal with deposit — typically within two to four weeks, weather depending. We'd rather tell you a real date than a fast one.
